oh alright then, that's what i thought the first time, someone told me that i can just go with injectors w/o the management. thanks for the quick response rhythmnsmoke.

Well, you CAN go with injectors, but small ones. You would end up getting bigger ones ones you get management, so you may as well stick with the stockers for now.

so if i go 550cc i need to get management, if i go 440cc then i probably wont? yeah but my stock ones right now when i'm driving sometimes my car dies out when driving.

well, there is no garountee, as it is a custom kit. to be safe, just get 550s AND some sort of management.
What are you AFRs at with the stock injectors?

SePatC - Ha! Don't worry about that, those are gonna be off after I slap in the FMIC.

Mr Meaty - Yeah, I agree I'll just get them done at the same time and my choice was to get 550s anyways and i'm at 14.8 - 15.0 at idle. Not too sure about it at basic driving since I never drove it with the gauges on yet.

You NEED bigger injectors!.... for knock-limited turbo conversions extra fuel is needed for fuel cooling. so to get the AFRs you want and still have the ability to add more fuel to combat knock if needed you need the injectors and management... no argument about it.... But your getting all that so your good!!

the thing is nebster, my insurance is suspended for the season, so i didn't have to worry about paying for the car when i'm not gonna be driving and its been in the garage since i got it back from the shop.

bryan06tC - yeah i'll get all that soon, but doing so won't have my car die out while i'm driving, causing my steering wheel to lock and my brakes harder to push down. it happened already, good thing it was on a straight a way in my neighborhood.

sometimes it just completely shuts off. otherwise it says its just on but the car isn't running.
