Im using Gorilla brand nuts. They are an open end nut. Have to have at least 3 threads showing past the top of the nut to run slicks.

ya pretty much, im gonna get more info on the $300 ones i can get down the street from me, if they are the same as oem or better i'll get those, i dont want anything worse then oem, you know what i mean?
