Default Dezod AEM EMS A/c Fix NO FREEZE of Compressor

Been driving around all day here in florida! Drove about 175 miles to daytona beach and back!

MAN AC is nice!


AEM EMS A/c Fix!

You have to Cut One wire And splice into one! Its inportant to splice into and not break this wire!


Wire to tap. PIN 30 E-5(OEM PLUG) Connect to Pin A27(AEM PLUG) " This is for the a/c on and off switch!
DO not cut the wire only tap into it or else the a/c compressor WILL FREEZE!


Wire To Cut and Tap. Pin 2 E-5 (OEM PLUG)Cut this And tape up the end that is closest to the OEM Computer. Connect the car side to PIN A17(AEM PLUG).


Setting up the computer..


Pull up the setup/ Air conditioner setup.


Ac Request input to Switch #6 GND OFF

Ac Clutch to LS6


A/c MIN Speed 1000 RPMS

A/c Off above tps 80%

A/c on delay (need to tune to your car)
A/c Load COmp (need to tune to your car)

Please NOTE that his wiring may not be for your car. If you have an 05-06, wiring will be different than an 07-09

Um yeah that would have been bad if a person with an 07 and up tried this out.. But ems w/ ac FTW can't wait..

Paul any updates on the fix for an 07 ?
i remember back in june you were telling me that toyota was going to give you pin diagram or something like that...

just want to make sure that before i get that unit i would get a fully functional car after its tuned.

I have a fix to try, but have not had time to do so on a car.

damn i was so lookin to have ac when i read this but i have and 07 (fail!) lol. I hope you can figure it out soon paul. Louisiana heat is hot!

Your car should still have A/C Chris. If I recall correctly you did a street box.

We have a possible fix for the 07-09 tCs, but do not have car to test it on as our shop tC is an 05-06. If someone would like to try it themsevles, I can PM them the two quick wire changes.

Im accually working on right now, giving the stock ecu control over idle and a/c with still having the ability to control redline to w/e!

Ill keep you updated!
