....I was wondering if anyone had the base map for the dezod black box?...thanks in advance

 

Call Up Dezod and ask them for one. They provided one to me from a client that they did with a similar kit. I uploaded that map and then started tuning myself once I saw what they did.

when the mechanic called them up...he was told they don't provide a base map anymore...although it should be really easy to tune...the mechanic said he tinkered with some settings but it made no change to the af #s...but thanx a lot for the response!

I think it's a little different when a mechanic calls and when a customer calls!

 

It can be. We are more apt to help the end user solve an issue than a normal shop. Sometimes shops call just to bleed info and to turn around and use it against you. We have seen this numerous times. I will not mention names as they are a vendor on this board, but we know their alter S/N.

Don't get me wrong, if they are a company we know and deal with the on regular, then we gladly will go all out of to help them. We support those, who support us! Plain and simple.
