I'm a "Ptuning fanboi". And I think both products are amazing. Both companies are raising the bar, and have amazing products. Glad to do buisness with both of you. And I thank you

+2. I've done business with both Dezod and P-Tuning and have been 100% satisfied with both companies. Their knowledge and customer support is great. Obviously, there's going to be some competition and 'this is better than that', etc etc. But come on guys, lets just hope they focus on making the best product they can for the best price they can and honestly can't do anything more. Talking crap on each company doesn't do crap.

Agreed good post. Alpha kit looks to be promising and definately looks to raise the bar for Dezod. Competition is good motivation to improve products, car companies are the same way.

The Dezod Race Manifold has the following features:

· A/C compatible

· Thick walled Schedule 40 304L stainless steel construction

· CNC machined ½” thick mild steel head flange to help prevent warping

· Professionally TIG welded while using 100% pure Argon for backpurge for maximum unpolluted penetration in all areas.

· 4-1 low angle merge collector allows for less turbulence while entering the turbine housing at even pulses and high volumes.

· 44mm TiAL wastegate flanged

· V-band turbine inlet flanged

· Port-matched design

This manifold is protected by a limited lifetime warranty against cracking

Any better detailed shots of the manifold inside and out? Availability for PTE 62 and 67 billet turbos?

im sure they could make a v-band to t3foot adapter or make it for a t3 foot turbo.

Yeah. I'm not understanding what this v band thing is about.
I have an idea. To be able to make the manifold more universal for bigger turbos. Am I right can so
wine go into alittle more detail

i'm sure they can... i need to maybe design my own manifold so there would be least changes to my charge piping...
down-pipe and s-pipe i know i would have to change. In fact i already obtained a 3" s-pipe that will fit Dezod's S1 system.

wow, i just had to delete half this thread.
can we please keep this on topic? I dont think im asking too much here...

----------------------------------------------------------------

Question for the folks @ Dezod

When ordering the S1 kit, can we just replace the manifold that comes in the S1 kit for this manifold and upgraded turbo for whatever the cost difference is? Or will there be a totally new kit to choose from on the site?

I like the V-band option for the simple reason it would be easy to swap out turbos. Think of it like....dual duty...Time Attack turbo (quick responding, load up map for this turbo), and then have a Drag Race turbo (big top end, and you could have a map for that turbo).

A quick snap and switch, load map = ready to rock. Of course you would be paying double the price for tuning..etc..

Vband FTW!

no bolts breaking, rusting, impossible to reach to tighten, having to place gasket while placing the bolts, and the versatility of being able to rotate it for custom exhaust rounting, etc etc!

im sure there is more, but this is a sick looking manifold!

Don, what exactly is "limited" about your warranty against cracking? im guessing something to do with a flex section in the downpipe area correct?
