Loss of vaccum, you won't be able to hold an idle.

Not yet. 550s will be the widely stocked size.

You would be wise to go with the 550s. The 440s will be nice when you first get started with boost on your Tc but we all know the boost will never be left at the first levels set, and once you approach a level of power we all want the 440s just fall short.

Now not all of us are ready to try and push the 500whp mark. But I will keep that in the back of my mind for the future.

I had issues with the silicone seals in the stock injector harness and the deathwork 550cc injectors. The injector's would push the seal out of place and would prevent the clip from engaging fully. Anyone else had this problem? Where can I get replacement silicone seal-kits?

I also think that I may have the o-ring problem when the tranny shifts A/F goes crazy. Only does this with the 550cc injectors.

Try contacting Deatsch.

BTW that AFR stagger is normal during an AT shift.

Here's an off the wall question. I forget where i read this, maybe from way back when on 7thgencivic, but when you install a new injector with the O-ring, is it a good idea to lightly lubricate the O-ring with say oil before installing?

You can use motor oil, gasoline or vaseline.

Vaseline is the best solution. Plus Vaseline will not stick around on the seals.
