I can't really get pocketdyno to work consistently but ill get it eventually... can't complain when it's free

The DynoMaths library is for the AEMLog program that reads in data from the F/IC. Depending on the way the Emanage logs its data, you may be able to use the logs in AEMLog. The F/IC data logs are simply a text file with all the different data. This is imported into AEMLog for a graphical view.

I just got looking at the logic behind the DynoMaths library again to re-familiarize myself with the calculations again. This info has been copied from the DynoMaths thread on AEMPower.com and modified for the tC. Below are all of the inputs you need to figure out your car's horsepower:

Logged Inputs:
Time: Optimal sampling is 250 samples per second. Lower sampling rates can work, but aren't as accurate.
Engine RPM: Need to be logged at sampling interval.

Static Inputs:
Wheel Size: Wheel size, in inches. In 225/40ZR18, this is the 18.
Tire Width: Tire width, in mm. In 225/40ZR18, this is the 225.
Tire Aspect: Tire aspect ratio. In 225/40ZR18, this is the 40.
Gear Ratio: Gear ratio of the gear you're doing pulls in. (3rd gear is 1.33 in the tC)
Drive Ratio: Final drive ratio of your car. (tC is 4.235)
Weight: Weight of your car, in pounds. Very important to get this accurate.

Optional Inputs: (for the most accurate results)
CD_DRAG: Coefficient of drag for your car. (.32 on a stock tC)
CD_AREA: Frontal area of your car, in square feet. (24.2 square feet on a stock tC)

so how much power do you guys get on the dynolicious? we tried it today, my friends M3 auto convertible runs 14.3 1/4 mile top HP 226, my friend's nismo z only had top hp 190+, mine only had 150+hp 16sec 1/4 mile.. the z and my tc had very poor start though, i have to roll the car to 5-10mph before i can dump the gas otherwise my car will stall-

I need to get the dynomaths library :D BTW the aem log software will import from any datalog that is based on plain text with data in columns and the first row being the field's name

just got done setting up this feature on my ems. however, i have the gear ratio set up for fourth (0.972), since third just spins on street tires. the car made 487.1 whp and 454.7 tq @22psi. pretty darn accurate considering i made 440/430 @ 20 psi on a mustang dyno. great tool to have considering after i tune on the dyno, the car always runs different on the street. now i can tune on the street and see where my power thresholds are at. cant wait to set up my traction control and no lift shift/anti-lag. i love my aem ems for sure.

anyone use these on android phones? there are a bunch of apps for the droids dunno which ones are legit.

I was messing around and did a 3rd gear pull and it said I run a 9 1/4mile and produce 130 wheel..... I think I did it wrong
