Is the ebay turbo good?
ok so im looking for a turbo kit for a gud pricee, i have an automatic 07 tc and i wanted to know how the ebay turbo is, i personally dont trust it but i want opinions

To answer your question: no the ebay kits use chinese made parts like the turbo wg and blow of. Not to mention that normally they have terrible fitment and turbos that last a week. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for but be prepared to spend more by spending less

and youngflyer I completely agree with you there as well "you get what you pay for, but be prepared to spend more by spending less" Yea a buddy of mine was thinking of buying an ebay kit, I told him no there is NO engine management, NO fuel injector upgrades, it says the current spring pressure is set at 12 psi, right there with no engine management and/or fuel injector upgrades is enough to blow the **** out of the stock internals of the 2AZ. DO NOT BUY THAT KIT. Check out www.dezod.com or www.turbotoyotas.com for good turbo kits. Dezod makes a good one for automatics

not everything in ebay suks. seriously. There are some useful stuffs. Just b/c its "ebay" doesn't mean they sell non-working things. Trust me. Search and look for things you want. When it comes to turbo though, I would search for actual sites.

Ebay = china Turbo its not that bad for low boost i tryed on my boys TC but the main problem is the SEAL they go so fast.. well u get what u pay for it... its good for 250hp but again the seal will go out fast... just saved up for some good stuff
