hey all,
i posted this in my jacksonvile style TT thread but thought i would make a new thread to get more views. my whole kit is installed and good to go; the only problem is i don't know the correct jumper settings for my emanage blue. i looked at dezod's tech notes section where they have the image of how to do it, but i don't know which settings to use. if you look at it, the pins they type out as jumped don't correspond to the image they have..


can anyone just tell me the proper jumper settings? thanks

 

The ones on Dezod's site work fine. Looks just like my emanage..

 

i dont get it, though.. the above image from dezod's site lists JP3 as 1-2, but on my emanage, the image shows it as 2-3. the same goes for JP2... it SAYS 2-3 but that actual image shows 1-2... that's what i don't get.

 

Im trying to figure out what you guys are talking about lol i just got my emanage but im super newbie with it..is this taping inside the emanage??

 

yes, you must take the cover off and slide it out..

 

oh okay thats what I thought...are these settings for a basic setting for a boost? or just settings for a tc?

 

it has nothing to do with a tune... it's just settings you need to have before your car will even turn on lol. these settings (with the rotary settings too) are specific to tCs

that's what i thought, until my car still wouldn't start even after i did it. i figured i did the jumpers wrong since the picture and the text in the picture dont correspond.. either that or my dezod pnp harness is defective.. i dont know how i would determine that though

 

its the jumpers most likely when i get off work ill take mine apart and take a picture for you!
