emanage software support help needed!!!!

is there a difference between the basic support software and the ultimate software?

you mean the blue software and the ultimate? I say a lot, ultimate has way more options than the blue support tool.. you can only use the software of the unit that you have

Yes, 100% different. Only the Ultimate will with the Ultimate and the Blue with Blue.
