yes but does it take away the speed limiter and allow you to move the revs if its an 05 or 06 as well? or is it just for the 07 and up?

2005-2006
Yes and Yes.

Example:
PTuning's Time Attack tC ran the Ultimate during the 2008 and early part of 2009 season. Reached speeds of 160+mph and redlined at 7800rpms.

It does but if its not done right you will have issues example won't mention any names but an employee of turbochargers.com (I think now is a former employee) bumped up my rev limiter it worked at WOT but the minute I let off the throttle factory ECU overrode the piggyback and factory rev limiter cut the rpms. It cause the emanage to put the car into limp mode ran rich 10.0-1 until I could get off the track to shut it off, let it cool, then restart. You need someone that fully understands the ins and outs of the emanage ultimate to tune it.

I think they used factory gearing but the bump in rev limiter gave them the extra range needed to reach that speed.
