i would not put that on mine, even if it was a gift, probably only get a few hundred miles out of it,even if it last that long, doesnt even look like it was made for the scion,no R&D..

You could use the piping, manifold, intercooler, and silicone couplers. Don't cheap out on the other stuff.

every single thing they use on that kit are knock off parts. plan on replacing the BOV, WG and turbo. after that you will be in the cost of the kit plus around another 1700 bucks. so you in the long run are spending 2400 bucks not counting management and injectors that is another almost grand. so for this price you can just browse the classified section and pick up a used kit. just my 2cents. to answer you question will it work? yes. for how long? dunno.

if you are worried about pricing i would suggest buying a turbo kit piece by piece. Dezod sells everything for their S1 kit separately just pick up a new part every check if you can swing it. you take longer to get it done but, you do it right the first time.

thts what i did for my honda. just got a better bov turbo. but i did get a better mani as the one that came with the kit was a super thin SS and would crack. you can sell the other parts on cragslist or ebay to make money for better parts

There is no such thing as an easy turbo kit. These things take work. As someone once put it, you can't put this together with a 29 piece took kit bought at Walmart. I'm not saying you personally can't do it but for most it will test their wrenching skills.

Wow....that is the smallest turbo I have ever seen trying to be installed on a tC. Saying its capable of 350hp is a load. That thig will probably crap out at anything over 300. To change the turbo you would also need a new downpipe.

Best advise is to sell this and use the funds to purchase a quality kit. To many problems can arise from a kit like this. For your cars sake, don't do it. A scion deserves more than cheap s**t

literally the only thing that will fit is the manifold. everything else needs to be custom fabbed to some degree. plus injectors, and management. so much more of a pain than necessary

It almost takes more skill to install and get a cheap kit to work correctly without destroying your car. The cheap turbo can stay, you're either going to get lucky and it will last a year or so, or a week. I've seen both out of cheap turbos. And I've seen billett pte turbos crap out in 5k miles too. You will also need a new wastegate for sure. That knockoff by itself can destroy your motor. Get a tial, best on the market. And don't expect everything to fit so get some kind of cutting device ready. Oh yeah, get an Aem wideband to check your air fuel ratio. Easy to install, very accurate. Good luck.
