All of them can, you just need to monitor the fuel trims to keep closed loop happy.
that means you add fuel to the minimum and not too way off so the stock computer will not correct it?

Add or remove fuel, depending on short-term and long-term fuel trims. If the stock ECU is adding fuel... you add it. If the stock ECU is removing fuel... you remove it.

Some people like to fool the stock O2 sensor by sending it a constant AFR of 14.7, which is just silly. The only time I have issues with closed loop is at idle, and that's because of a larger MAF tube (AFR never fully stabilizes).

talking about boosting on closed loop, our ecu should be removing fuel right? when the O2 sensor detects mixtures way richer than 14.7? as far as O2 fooling the O2 sensor to read 14.7, i think that a reliable way of keeping the piggybacks from being corrected on closed loop boosting.. on vacuum, yeah your right its silly if they set it to read 14.7 all the time lol

The stock ECU would remove fuel if the vehicle wasn't tuned properly.
