Anyone have any pics of where they installed there exhaust cutout? I have the QTP cutout and need to know a good location on the spipe

 

I've always installed them on the mid pipe or right after the headers on my V8s.

 

I replaced the cat on the midpipe with the cutout

also, do you have 2 tunes one for open and one for close?

 

If you don't have cats I'd put it right after the flange. The further up stream the better.

I don't think you'd need a second tune, not sure tho. Unless you're tuned with a way restrictive exhaust I wouldn't think you'd need it.


btw at some point I need to check out your car. Seeing as we live in the same city and all.
