Default Forced Induction on early 05?

Hey guys i'm just curious as to see how successful you all have been with supercharging or turbocharging your early 05 model m/t tCs? i remember reading about the guy who blew his engine on the dyno and i'm unsure of the integrity of my engine block...

You probably read my thread. Although, I am definitely not a guy.

Yup, it blew and its an 05. It happens. It can happen to any engine regardless of age. Be careful and get a really good tune and you're good to go.

Boosted 05 here too. Got my car July 2nd 04 (3rd car they received) and I have been boosted since November 05. Also about 6 months of that was on a stage 0 with no management or intercooler. Total over 23k miles on the turbo I believe.

Purchased my tC in October 2004. Been pushing all different boost levels, different gasoline, different temps/climate, a lot of racing, and a lot of daily driving. Put over 18k turbo miles on it and it's still on the stock motor.

Well the motor still works. Currently my car's being torn apart for a big build but not because of engine problems. Hope that helps.
