Forge 007 Atmospheric Install ? Question ?

Forge 007 Atmospheric Install ? Question ?
I looked through different threads and cannot find the answer to this can I safely use atmospheric operation or should I have it recirculating? Sorry if some else already asked this question. Running NST 9.5 pulley on 07 TC all other SC parts are stock.
