Gauging Intrest: tC return fuel system w/ billet fuel rail
I'm in the initial design phase for a return fuel system for the tC. A return fuel system is pretty much a must have for anyone running a forced induction system to provide steady and reliable fuel pressure. The system will include all steel braided fuel lines from the tank to the rail and back, a billet alluminum fuel rail, billet fuel filter, most likely an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, and possibly and upgraded in tank pump. The fuel rail will be custom made to fit the tC and have different mounting options for larger injectors. The rail will also include 2 1/8" ports for additional fuel lines for nitrous setups or fuel pressure sensors/gauges.
Now what wondering is when this sytem is built if anyone would be interested in purchasing a kit to do this conversion on their cars.
Also, if anyone has any ideas for this sytem feel free to reply here!

My plan is to completely replace the stock fuel system.

with my perrin fuel rail, the Aeromotive FPR, the stainless lines, pump and earls AN's I think I put my whole setup together for around $600 on the xB.
Almost $200 for the rail
About $130 for the regulator
About $100 for 15' of braided stainless
Around $100 for my 255 LPH Walbro
Around $100 for Earls AN fittings

In a turbo system this kind of set up will increase fuel pressure with manifold pressure so that the fuel delivery is constant and steady. The increase in fuel pressure levels out any pressure differences with injecting fuel into a pressurized manifold.
