I think u are just jelous that things went alright with other peoples things. If you have your pretty setup then go with it by all means, but stop HATING!

If this clutch holds all of Brian (J3st3r)'s Built motor tC it should laugh at the HP in our car and beg for more. Even the old one Held all the HP (which didn't have CHATTER either by the way).



PS....What boosted tC driver drives slow enough to hear clutch Chatter anyway IF there were any?....

I was the first person to use this clutch. I have no clatter at all since its been installed since febuary. This clutch will hold a TON of power.

Dont make me meet you up and take your A$s for a ride to prove it aint chatering

Besides AJ, If he got a clutch that will slip / not hold power, then it should be easier for you to " beat " travis

 

Besides, that....our car is slow anyway..

You only recently became apart of the FI world. Gotta move up the ranks

 

Don't buy clutch sets that include an organic disc and you won't have to worry about glazing. Look for something with a kevlar (or something similar) disc and it'll handle heat a lot better. I fried two organic ZX2 discs (one in under 8k miles... on an N/A ZX2 nonetheless) before buying a Spec 2 setup that included a kevlar disc. Haven't had a slip or worry yet, even with boost.

Yeah, but the car is only 2 years old roughly. I'm not sure we have enough Heavy Hitters yet, so no one has produced a Kevlar one. I would also imagine that the price of the clutch would place it out of many Scion drivers "reach" (buying power) as this community is filled with mostly young minimum wage tuners/enthusiast.

But I admit though, it would be cool to see...

 

Well my Spec "Stage 2" clutch kit for my ZX2 cost a whole $289 + shipping. Can't be that expensive to make a kevlar disc...
