Default GReddy e-Manage Ultimate for Scion tC..

I am trying to get my car tune using this, the e-Manage Ultimate. The guy at the shop had a problem connecting to the e-Manage with his laptop so I got my laptop and tried...same problem.
On the box it says 2AZ-FE listed but not the same chassis code. in the software it doesn't even list our engine code. Does anyone have the same problem as me?

Is there anyone out there that has this working? if so let me know how you did it. I need to find out asap.

Thanks.

Re-install the software, are all the switches inside the e-manage where they are suppose to be? Also, is the e-manage well connected to the harness? Go step, thru step again, also with the firmware and all software. change USB cables, the last.

i dont get what the chassis code had to do with the emanage.

and do you mean physically didn't fit? or the laptop didn't register the emanage?

The software recognizes the engine code, not the chsssis one. Also he meant the laptop wouldn't recognize the e-manage I think. Must be a driver of some sort.

well even if the engine code is the same it could of been tune differently for each chassis code?!? I dont know its just an idea. but yeah something with my laptop and the shop guy's laptop didnt want to connect with the emanage.

his friend from fw came in that friday and install the emanage and used his laptop and apparently his worked. but he came close to closing time so the didnt tune it. his friend worked on saturday so now here I am with an untuned tc.
I found someone else the tunes with emanage near the area so after xmas imma go down and try them out.

Greddy made this map for the 2AZ-FE only for the tC turbo kit. So this map is just for tCs. I suggest trying to re-install the USB drivers for the laptop.
