Help! Anyone, someone! I just got the ultimate and the harness from Dezod today. Well, hooked it up but the damn thing wont work. Car won't start, nothing! The car has the new map loaded onto it, but I don't notice any of the lights on. Also, I made sure the jumper was in the correct setting. That's all I had to do, right? Change the jumper and everthing should have worked?? JP8 to 2-3?

Car started with the FIC but not with the ultimate. I'm thinking its defective.

Any ideas??

 

You were able to load a map but it's not working. Where did you get the map? Could be bad emanage as the ultimates have had problems.

I'll check out the mohd site later today. Wondering if there's any way to test the unit. The map is from Dezod's website tech notes section. Don't think it's the map, like you said might be a bad emanage.

Yeah, it was the ultimate map. Anyhow, I emailed Dezod and called them, but they're out for SEMA. I hope they can get back to me soon so I can get another unit or something.
