Default Greddy Muffler

Hi, I will be replacing my stock muffler with a Greddy muffler, is there anything else I need to know? Is this recommended, and would I lose power? Do I need the complete thing? I just want some sound, but I don't want to lose power either if the greddy muffler will cause that.

Also, would the greddy muffler fit with the stock midpipes and such? Any suggestions or comments are appreciated! Any special mods that I need to do? or just bolt on, experts or people who have done this please shine some light in this.

if you buy any GReddy exhaust system, you would not need anything else. You will gain aprox 6whp with SP2 and EVO2. Yes you would need the complete exhaust (axleback). If you want sound the EVO2 is for you... but If you already have headers or you dont want to call undesire attention the SP2 should be your choice. EVO2 and SP2 are axlebacks, so they fit with the stock midpipe. No special mods needed, just bolt on.

EVO2= deeper sound. kind of WRX sound.
SP2= almost like TRD, but giving higher gains. Also SP2 is one of the quietest exhaust in the market. (I used to have it) awesome product...

i have the sp2 and love it. it is fairly quiet right out of the box, once it "breaks in" the sound is nice (gets a little louder from when it is fresh out of the box), nothing overpowering or ricey about it at all. i dont have an after market header or a CAI so i can't give any infor about "rasp" but Revilo seems to have addressed that issue.

hit up PG_BOX on here, he gave me a great deal and is based out of Los Angeles!

I have an evo 2 however mine does not bolt in the stock locations. I have one hangar that is not attached to anything. Accoding to greddy it should mount in the stock locations and does not have any kind of extra bracket or anything. So you may have the same problem I do. I love the sound though.

It's really annoying. Whenver I go over bumps or am sitting at idle it vibrates and I can hear metal hitting. I am still waiting for greddy to get back to me on why there is no bracket.

as of now im hooking the lonely bracket to the loop (thy're right next)
to each other with the clamps u use with the intakes (not really sure what to call'em)
seems to be working ok, no metal clanging noise
