Default greddy turbo kit / state inspection

I saw on one of the sites that sells the greddy turbo kit that it was for off road use only. Does this mean that my car would no longer pass a PA state inspection? Secondly I am going to buy an exhaust right now, but I plan on geting the greddy turbo kit this upcoming spring. Is the draxas s-pipe useless since the greddy kit comes with a downpipe? Like is the greddy downpipe the same thing as the draxas spipe?

No, the downpipe is the section that goes from the turbo exhaust discharge to the s-pipe. If the pipes where made to match at the same point as stock they should work fine together. I can't help you on the state inspection question, in SC we don't have inspection or emission checks

Like stated on other threads, You'll most likely pass a sniffer test with aftermarket cats but prolly fail the visual test.
