Group dyno day. Done!
Well, it wasn't much of a group. It was just me and 05tctuner. We went to Godspeed tuning in Spring Mills, PA. First off I would like to say that I wish I didn't go to him. He had no experience with the f/ic or scions. He had no clue how to use the software nor did he even have it. We used my laptop the whole time and I did all of the actual changes in the software. We couldn't figure out the voltage table for the o2 skewing and he didnt have the internet there so I couldn't look it up. But all in all it didn't turn out to bad for me. I ended up putting down 282whp and 276 torque. This was on a land & sea dyno with no correction factor. He said on a dynojet it would be approx. 315whp.
We ran into some problems when tuning 05tctuners car though. In the 4,000 to 6,000 rpm range at full boost we just could not get it to pull fuel. He was running a mid to low 10afr and no matter how many times we pulled fuel it never changed on the dyno. I don't remember what his numbers ended up being but I believe he ended up with somewhere in the 250s for whp after we tried everything we could think of with it.

Did i send you my maps? as for the car not pulling fuel knock up the MAF values under the RPM's where your not pulling enough fuel, they should max out in 5k range ++ aroung 4.39.
Where was he measuring PSI compared to yours?

everything should have been good on his car. we tuned my car then just scaled the injectors down for his. i'm running 700s he is running 550s. we figued it would get us very close, but it was off by miles. boost reading was taken at the same place on both cars. teed off of the line going to the bov. i really don't see why there was no problem with my car but there was with his
you might have had to scale it up more on the fuel map than it allows, scale the MAF map to make room on the fuel map... if that makes any sense. Adjusting the MAF map adjusts how much fule the car gives it normally, the fule map just adds on to what the car is giving it. (+/- factory values)

Oh, guess I was confused by the ZPI Stage 1 listing in your sig. So, your running a custom setup, and not a ZPI Stage 1? As the ZPI manifold wouldn't work on a t3/t4 turbine, so what manifold are you running?
