Default Has Toyota repsonded to growing problems with their S/C

Anyone know if Toyota has made a response yet to the growing problems surfacing with their TRD supercharger for the tC? I'm hoping this ends in a better made product and a recall. It seems that if a header over heats the supercharger causing leaks and failures, a S/C over the OEM manifold and heat shield wouldn't be far behind. Guess they didn't conduct very good thermal stress tests.

You're preaching to the chior. You left out all the other problems not to mension that some poeple like me even warped the seal with a stock header and heat shield.

So far they've only been replacing the defective Superchargers and have not done much or anything at all about permanent fixes.

Well they have stopped selling new ones as well. But this might be in conjunction with the 07 tC engine differences.
