its like a whitish fabric inside, it prolly has at least of not all fiberglass on it.. it smoked too first time i installed it.. how bout those header wraps, those are fiberglass right?

 

So my latest heatshield setup! it works great! manifold blanket is great, you can even touch it while idling.. the turbo blanket is even better, i held my hand for few mins and its only warm lol

The stuff worked AWESOME! It was even cool enough to touch after dyno pulls.

 

Just a lil update on the manifold blanket, i removed my manifold today and the heatshield and it caused the coating on the manifold to chip off lol.. no cracks or anything but just chipped off.. i will post pics later
