HELP PLEASE! HAVING ISSUES WITH A/F AFTER TUNE (Resolved)
ATTN: ALL!!!!!!
Problem fixed!!!!
it was the o2 sensor. I swapped his out with mine and the car runs perfectly. I just did about 10 hard pulls and the afrs were perfect. His old o2 sensor when i pulled it out was blacker then wesley snipes lol
So with that said.... he owes me an o2 sensor

I do want to thank everyone for their help and suggestions. It is greatly appreciated

congrats on the fix brethren...now tell your boy he ows ya an 02 sensor and 5 virgins and his first born...that should cover it. I wonder if you could clean the old sensor up or its damaged from all the carbon buildup.
yeah he said he's going to buy a new one from toyota today and give that to me.
I'm just happy that this is finally over. I had enough cuts and burns from installing the kit i didn't need this much frustration after.
For some reason chris's tune works so much better than the tune we got from No limit. I told him to call them and try to get his money back

However, NLM didn't seem to change much of the original map anyways.
Oh ok. That makes sense.
Rob thanks for everything man. Both you and chris are life savers. I learned a whole lot from the 2 of you. I'm going to open up my own tunning shop now lol j/k
Now that his car is finally done. I can focus on mine. Hopefully Todd will have my damn kit done so that i can finally boost my own car.

DTC P2195 Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
Alot of people that tune the FIC are not familiar with the fact that you need to pay attention to your long term and short term fuel trims. This is why you need a scan tool while tuning the car. If you do not get your long term fuel trims in order first then the short terms will have to go out of range to try to bring the long term fuel trims back into spec. When the long term fuel trims cannot correct any further then the car will either run rich or lean depending on what side of the correction scale it is on.
This is not a standalone so unfortunately it cannot be tuned like one. This works with your stock ecu to run the car. If your fuel map is off considerably in the FIC then the stock ecu will correct to bring it into pre programmed specs based on parameters set at the factory. If your fuel map is close to where you need it then the ecu does not have to correct as much and the only way you can do this is to get your fuel trims in order first.
I dont think that the sensor just failed on it's own. Its definately dead. However I think it was the result of too much fuel skewing the sensors ability to it's job of sensing oxygen content. The computer will always do the opposite of the the o2 sensor is telling it. If the o2 sensor says it is lean, the ecu will add fuel. If the o2 sensor is telling the computer it is rich the computer will subtract fuel. You can monitor what the ECU is doing by watching your short and long term fuel trims. This is what reacts when the o2 sensor feeds data to the ecu. This is the output. The o2 sensor data is the input.
Good luck with your car, if the problem happens again you might want to get a scanner and watch your fuel trims if they are + or - 15-20% you will definately want to get retuned.

hey chris i down loaded your last log...i must say this is some good info to have right here...i tried like hell to get the wideband to show on the fic log and it just wouldnt so the only thing i can think of is it just wasnt getting contact from pin 18....anyways i printed the old one out with the new one...imadork tune for both...they look like night and day...if im reading this right the car is running 12psi instead of 11psi...it looks like your leaning out (12.6-13afr) towards the top end...its also choppy on the top end...could be running out of injectors (according to the log your maxed out on injectors), lack of fuel pressure, ect. tune looks good though...lol

yeah the only way you will be maxing 550 injectors on 12psi is when you are boosting on the high 10s afr.. if you are maxed and still run lean at that boost, something else is wrong
For some reason the gauges wont calabirate. I followed the exact steps from AEM and still its not accurate
I honestly feel that everything is ok and that the gauges on the comp are throwing things off. I had a friend watch the a/f gauge on the car while in WOT and he said it hits 10. for 2secs then levels off between 11.0-12.2 and never went past that. Now i did that exact same pull and this time had him look at the gauges on the comp and had him read it out to me while i looked at the wideband and the numbers he read off were nearly 1.0 higher then that of the wideband. The whole time i was in the 11s he was reading off numbers in the 12s
