did marcial have any symptoms from those boost leaks you found in there chris? i need to check mine, im sure I have tons although there's no signs i could see so far from how the car runs

 

not that i could pin point but after fixing them i had to retune him, it leaned his afr's one whole point accross the boost range.

 

^^ the tune might have compensated well for the leaks.. at least this time the turbo will work less without the leaks

 

yep...spool up is a bit quicker

i know right now i need oil feed flange and line, 1/8th npt t-fitting, 1/8th npt threaded coupling, -10 streight fitting (or 45degree fitting), oil return flange, oil return line, injectors, engine managment, pnp harness, gauges, intercooler, bov,6-2" t-bolt clamps, 6-2.5" t-bolt clamps, 3-2.5" couplers, 1-2.5"to2" reducer, 1-3" t-bolt clamp,1-3"to2.5" reducer, 5bolt turbo flange, 1-3" v-band clamp, my old el mani. I think thats it. I have turbo (maybe salvagable), ic pipes, 3"downpipe that will need some cutting and welding, kyle offered to give me his old wastegate and turbo rebuild kit as well as gauge pod.

atleast i dont have to pay someone for tuning...lmao

 

ok i take that back...the turbo i dont think is worth trying to rebuild, too much damage to the wheels and compressor housing. turbine housing is good to go though but its a .48 a/r so pretty much the only thing thats anygood is the center section. it ran too long with shaft play, it didnt have much vertical play but had alot of horizontal play which was jamming the compressor wheel into the cover and was eating away at the wheel. ill post pics in a min
