How can I avoid cutting my Crash Bar?
If you haven't figured it out I'm planing to upgrade my ZPI stage 0 to a stage 1 and have read that you need to cut the crash bar.
What have people done to avoid this? Smaller intercooler, extend pipe?
You can use an intercooler like ours, but with ZPI's charge pipes, it may require some modification.

Retention of your safety with still power in mind is priceless.

Yes, the larger intercooler is large in terms of it extending into the crash bar. You don't have to trim the bumper in order for it to fit. But the smaller cores don't have to cut the crash bar, but you have to trim the bumper....So, I guess you just take your pick of which you want to tackle.
