Default I need everyones help....#2 Cylinder misfire

Alright well I got a CEL and went to an advanced auto store and got a free CEL check and the guy said it is a misfire on Cylinder #2. I went home and checked ALL the spark plugs and number #2 spark plug looked carbon fouled. I replaced it and reset the battery and it wet away. Then after work i started my car up and messed around with stuff and the CEL cameback on. The car drives fine. Doesn't feel any different when I drive it. I have the Supercharger, MMW headers, ect. Nothing special. Anyhow, what do you guys think this could be? Maybe a bad coil?? I need some assistance here. I'm gonna go to toyota but I'm hoping they don't blame any after market parts like the Supercharger cuz I never got it installed by them. This is engine stuff so Im hoping my warranty is still good and it should be unless they can prove that the Supercharger or any other aftermarket part caused this. Pelase advise!

thanks

They are going to screw you over for sure. I'm predicting them saying that they can't help you. And do you have colder spark plugs?

Oh yeah, I forgot that you still have a warranty on the S/C depsite it being installed by someone else other than your local dealer.

zero i had NGK's in there and replaced them back to the Denso's that came with the s/c kit and they are gapped the right amount and all. They better not give me no BS at Toyota. Cuz your right about the 1 year warranty.
