Default I need everyones opinion, PLEASE!!!!

Ok, I just got done talking to NST, NonStopTuning.com. They build pulleys and such. Anyhow, they told me they could make me a 12psi pulley for my Supercharger for a very good price. Thats an additional 30whp+ for a special secret price. With this pulley of course I would have to adjust air fuel and get it retune, which is fine cuz I already have Emanage installed w/ pressure sensor, injector harness and my ignition harness is on its way. I didn't get the best tune before cuz I had communication problems, but now thats all been figured out why, so that not a problem anymore. Plus ZPI says this will be ok, as long as I get a retune. My question to you all is, do you think I should go for it? ZPI who does more R&D on the tC then Toyota itself says it will work. NST, of course is agreeing with me on this, and the tC internals can more than handle the power. So what do guys think?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
Joe

I say go for it. I'm planning on going the same route this summer only I'm going to TRY and get ZPI to put some new pistons in with a new head and put a 14lb pulley on there with new injectors and fuel tune

Are you getting new injectors too? I think you'd need some 550's on there. I'm planning on doing the route I said above after I do some sort of intercooler and intake and anything else I can before I up the boost to see how much I can get out of this 9lb pulley

I'm hoping I wont need bigger injectors. I think supercharger ones can deliver. But if you disagree, please give your opinion. What injectors came with the supercharger? I don't remember.

You should be just fine.... With a good tune the tC should handle it no problem.... cause the turbo'd tC's are running much more HP and are doing pretty ok.

Munch has already run the 12psi pulley from NST sucessfully with the Unichip. IMHO you will be fine if you get a nice tune on your Emanage.

Whats Munch running with that? Like horsepower I mean? I have the ignition harness, pressure sensor and injector harness with my emanage for a more accurate and safe tune.
But what's his horsepower?

You should see some great results from this just make sure the tune is good. We are making some 14psi pulleys as we speak and will have only 5 of these avaiable for immediate sale. If someone bought one of these and the emanage stuff we would install it and tune it for free to get the map right for you tC owners. These pulleys will give 11psi ish with a intercooler obviously depending on the efficiency of the system you are using.

Methanol is good option for intercooling on a 12-14psi s/c setup

Yeah bro you are gonna need 550cc injectors to run that amount of boost with the supercharger, been there done that. The TRD injectors will be almost maxed out at that boost level. Just make sure you get a good safe tune with that setup and you'll be happier than a pig in $h*t.

For anyone that already has the EManage on their S/C tC with the injector harness.. What are the S/C injectors duty cycle at the moment?
I will be hard pressed to think that you could use the same injectores when you are moving up to 12lbs or more.

I didnt want to say anything, but I have a 12lb pulley on its way, it should be here within the next week from NST. I will be probably building a custom Front Mount, which I will pipe through where the battery is located to cut down on the amount of piping. I may even be able to get some more of these made, you would just have to be willing to relocate the battery.

Also, I wa wondering, will the Dezod or ZPI wiring harness work with the EManage Ultimate? Or just the Blue?

I think if you wanna run a frontmount intercooler with the supercharger. You might wanna look into one of these front mounts. You would use much less piping and all you would have to do is relocate the battery to the trunk which is easy.
