check all your vacuume lines make sure they are nice and tight. sounds like you have a vacuume leak. also make sure your engine managment system is running on its own vacuume source and it doesnt have anything T'd into it mid line.

You're changing diameter of the line?

Yes I'm changing diameter of the line cus the line that connect to the fix is very skinny to plug it into the dezod vacuum manifold ... So I have a conector in the middle that change it from skinny to a little more fat

p0420 is common...nothing big to worry about really, this code comes up when you have removed the cat. stick on an antifouler on the secondary o2 sensor (search scionlife for "antifouler trick") and that should keep that code away.

was that the only code?
have you done a boost leak test (search on youtube "boost leak test")

You're not supposed too the map sensor should have an un interrupted vac sorce coming off a vac block is fine but nutting something mid line isn't the best idea.

I recommend sourcing the correct fitting for the vac manifold and not stepping the diameter down at all first off.

Secondly, make the FIC have it's own independent vac line too.

Third, the CEL for lack of a cat is normal as you removed the stock one.
