Default Idle Question after a pull

im boosted with a dezod s1 turbo kit, with 550 injectors...aem fic..im street tuned...with step 1 cold spark plugs...i recently noticed, that if i do a quick pull like half throttle in lets say 2nd gear, and i drop it into neutral..my idle drops so low, that the car turns off ,but if i do a pull in 2nd gear and drop it until 3rd then neutral, the idle evens out...i havent tested it other gears..only thing that comes,to mind,is there any thing i can check to see why,its doing that,i also noticed that, sometimes the rpms could be a little bouncy at times, when i pop it into neutral..have to wait until it evens out...

You're supposed to downshift and not drop it into neutral.

Yeahhe shouldn't be going into neutral like that, but the car shouldn't die out like that either. Sounds like something in the tune needs to be tweaked.

do you know exactly what, cause honestly,i just noticed it now, when i had my car street tuned,i just went to the next gear, but before boosted lil bit in 2nd gear, about 5k rpms, and had to come to a stop, and pop it until neutral..i could be wrong for doing that, but now that i know, not to do it,have to have my tune relooked at

Honestly, I know nothing about tuning. That's why I pay out the wazoo when I get tuned, so I can tell the tuner what I'm looking for and he can do his job and sometimes you can't get everything you want, but the tuner won't usually put his name on something crappy. But I would talk to your tuner about that. If it was dyno tuned, there are things the tuner won't be able to pick up while driving it. I had a few bugs worked out in my second trip that weren't caught in y first trip.

It seems that the "Idle Hunting" is a common problem with the FIC; in my case at least. Your tuner should be able to clean it up some and make it a little less dramatic but it's kinda normal.
