Hi all. I have had my zpi/tt upgraded turbo kit on for a while now. The kit itself works very well, but my manifold has cracked and had to be re-welded. It is now slightly warped enough to cause a couple of annoying exhaust leaks. There is one where the manifold flange bolts to the head of the engine, and another one where the wastegate bolts to the manifold. This is a result of having to have an extensive welding job done on the manifold when it cracked. Since I have these leaks, I am a little down on power and cautious about getting on the throttle now. If anyone at all has a zpi manifold for sell or knows someone who does, please point me in the right direction by messaging me or posting in this thread. Thanks for any help!

I have a TT mani all you would have to do is cut off the t3 flange and weld on a mitsu 4 bolt flange

Thanks for the offer man! Unfortunately it would not bolt directly up and i believe it has no wastegate flange, so its a no-go for me. Thanks anyway and glws dude.

 

Sorry man, I am looking for something to bolt right up. I need something with no downtime other than pulling the manifold and turbo and swapping them. Thanks for the offer though!
