Default I'm New to the import scene and Need some advice

Ok so heres the deal, I am deploying on monday to Iraq for a year. When I come back I plan on spending around 10K on the car when i get back...No I dont know anything about turbos and forced induction.. So My question is what is the better kit to purchase. My buddy can get me a deal on a ToyotaTurbo kit and he knows someone who can do the tuning for kinda cheap etc...Is this a good Idea? Or would you guys recommend another turbo kit? I am looking to get 315WHP out of it. TIRED OF THESE LITTLE CIVICS tryin to race me!! well anyways...If you have any ideas or recommendations that would be great...

TurboToyota's offers a great kit, as well does Dezod. I don't know how you will get a good deal on it, but more power to you.

Yes - those are the only 2 places I would tell you to get the kit from. Dezod always has quality products from their shop. How are you getting the turbotoyota kit for a good price?

X2. If you can get a good deal then go for it. Just know that maintaining turbo is expensive and you don't want to cut any corners. But these are the two best kit sout there for the tC! Good luck overseas. I spent two years there myself. Godspeed and thank you for having the ***** to defend our country unlike the other 97% of our population.

I agree. I know that you are a newbie and you may not know so let us be the first to tell you. You should always search to find your answer before yu post a question. Otherwise there are a ton of threads all regarding the same thing. There are a lot of people who have the same questions that you do and it gets old answering the same old questions over and over again. Don't take it the wrong way because we are all here to help and we all have been newbies too, but it would just makes things easier for all of us.

Once again, I can't recommend this two companies enough. I talk to Paul @ Dezod daily. Greatest customer service!

Don't cut corners, I can't stress this enough.

Get a good tune!!!
