I will def let her run it at the track, and myself..haha..

The weather has been rainy here, were racing again very soon when the weather breaks (me and the r1) to get a VERY good HD in-car vid!

AM..gonna finish it tomm. just doing some things to compare and going to work out well for what I want, its a semi-custom setup once I get done..

Then I am going to work with Dezod and try out some things they have in the works later on..

Cars done, and very sick indeed.. Worked on the tune for a little while. at 18 psi (my gate spring pressure) It was requiring 11% more fuel on my map. I did a custom comp turbo again made to my specs 4" inlet compressor cover 2 1/2 outlet compressor cover, and has a bigger major wheel then the old 67! Its still a t3 back housing but the turbine outlet was machined to accomadate the larger wheel in the .63 a/r

The spring is a 18 psi like I described, and by 7600 it spikes to 21 psi!! bahahaa.. this thing is making some air! well.. lol.. looks like Im going to move down to a 15 psi spring since it will probably spike to 17 or so, this way pump wont be an issue. A bigger gate isnt really needed (its just a 38mm) as lower boost levels it will creep some, but higher boost levels will be just fine! were working out the fueling setup now, then we go to the dyno hopefully next sunday or the week after and throw down at least 650- 700WHP+ @ 28-30 psi. i havent decided what I want to do yet. Im taking it easy for now, Ive got the cars tune at crusing so perfect I just dont want to mess with it too much more.. Im getting tired of tuning..haha.. not really.

BTW 4th gear with this turbo I am seeing FULL wastegate spring pressure boost by 3950 without VVTi! Once I get my ati dampner on! (we COULDNT remove the agency power light weight engine destroyer last night not even with my big snap on gun, huge aircompressor on the biggest Impact weve got! then we tried the starter method! NOPE! I didnt want to use the starter method any more than I had to! so were going to heat it and try it again!! dammit!) we are turning up the redline to 8500

Be careful on how large you go with the exhaust wheel in a .63 A/R T3 housing.. you may need to step it up to a .82 A/R soon - its very possible that your spiking is due to the large wheel in a small housing. What manifold, down-pipe, and IC are you using now? I'm dying to see some results though. Good job.

Its not that at all, you can turn the boost up to 24 psi and it wont spike at all.

.. It very well could be the wastegate spring and not even spike.. Tial will tell you that the #'s they give you may vary in different applications due to pressure variances and such

It would be very noticable if that was the case at higher boost pressure.

but well see how a 15 works out and then all may be well.. lol.. well just keep the redline down to 6500 while on the street... WELL for the most part..lol

its a ptuning dp and 3 inch exhaust. working on a cutout now.

I'm going kind of middle of the road with a 6800rpm on stock head.

Ok we took the car out tonight to brush up the tune a bit, and just turned the boost up a lil to 21 psi. VP streetblaze 100 octane fuel 17 degrees of timing no VVTi

Ill post the incar vid, redline was 8k IT spins very hard even with the BFG Drag radials! (225's on stock rims) we put them on to HOPEFULLY get some decent pulls in 3rd without breaking too much traction so I could do a good log and get the tune down.. ended up doing 4th.. lol

Vid to come in about 12 hours!! The car really makes steam!

That's decent for sure Justin. Tune the variable valve and it will come on even sooner.
