With just the kit, before I installed a new pump, it only made 230 something before it maxed out the stock pump. I don't understand why they advertise 300+whp! It's bull.

What kind of exhaust do you have? The descendant kit was meant to be used with the stock air box. The maf adapter looks kinda crappy. If you don't want to use the stock airbox, dezod makes a intake pipe that should work(I am using it). You should make more HP than 305 whp at 11psi. If you are on a heartbreaker dyno I could see that though.

My piping is 3" all the way to my catback (2.5" with 4" opening). I dyno'd with the stock box on, but I put that adapter and filter on because I plan on porting my headlight (also my turbo spools faster). The maf housing I'm using is pretty ledgit thou. I was told their dyno may drop round 10% with FWD configurations.

Are you tune conservatively? If you have a lot of timing pulled that could cause it. You say you have 11psi, is this on your boost gauge? If you are running your waste gate off of your turbo this will cause it to be a bit lower due to pressure drop. I am running mine from a vac block off of the manifold, this way you get your full boost even with pressure drop.

I have the Descendant kit too. I upgraded the turbo to a Precision 6262 and at 18psi I was at 410whp. But the tune was very rich....too rich. It was a quick last minute tune then night before I went to the track.....still with the FIC too on pump93.

Wtf. I need to find someone with tC tuning experience. Fukn-A 410 to the wheels? 18 psi? What turbo supporting mods do you have? I just got my water meth kit in working order, but still that plus reving to 7.5krpms, I doubt i'll make 410.

I installed water/meth kit, vacuum block and AEM wideband failsafe this week. Up'd boost to 18psi, meth hits at 6, with 9.9-1 AFR. I have no idea how much power I'm making, but my clutch can't hold it any more. All in all great couple days for this guy.

My comment before was talking about someone's comment saying every person they know with cams dropped a valve. I love my BC stage II cams idle is great, no turbo lag, you can hear my turbo whine at the exhaust during idle. Can't even tell I have cams at idle.

Vac block. I couldn’t think of anywhere else to mount it and as you can see it a pretty sh*ty spot. I would like to see where other people mounted theirs, i couldn't find any threads or pics of any.

Also i was wondering if its ok if my E-brake light comes on under heavy boost (@15ish lbs) because my vac block is tapped into my brake booster. That doesn't mean its engaging right?

Ebrake light is the same light for low break fluid, hard acceleration will push fluid back away from the sensor and trigger this if the fluid level is low, check your brake fluid level

Default 2013 build update

Mid Jan i put down 412whp and 361lb/ft on my stock bottom, with 18psi @Xact dyno. in Feb, my third gear went out, so i bought a E351, motor mounts , torque damper and new clutch flywheel set because my ebay clutch sux major *****.

So the friday i plan on dropping the trans, my engine missfires, really bad and it throws "Crank postion sensor malfunction". FML right! I'm calling around getting quotes on what thats going to cost me. I'm pretty sure im going to have to rebuild the short block. Anyone else have this code before?
'
It just so happens while im rebuilding the rear end and diff of my 86. so now i dont have a car.

EBAY CLUTCH the six puck grabs great, but the pressure plate was defective so i ran it with the stock PP. It held the power at high RPMs but it cant launch without slipping.

Im a little worried about this E351 because the stamp says E350 but i hear they do that.
