Default Keep my Zex nitrous kit or sell it and save for turbo kit?

I still have my Zex nitrous kit from my Mustang that I traded in and I'm starting to think it wouldn't even be worth it to save it and use it on the tC. I'm looking very long term for this plan too because I'm not going to be able to touch the tC until it's paid off. I got a 60 month loan with a 75,000 mile warranty so it's gonna be a looooong time. Saving the Zex kit would save me a lot of money but it's not gonna be worth much on the tC since Zex rates their hp levels to the crank and not the wheels. A 75 shot is only gonna be worth about a 50 shot on the tC and get me to about 200 hp if I'm lucky and running mid 14 second quarters. Coming from the Mustang that could have been a high 12 second car on drag radials, that doesn't seem really worth it to me.

Also, say if I were to keep up on maintenance and my engine and transmission were well taken care of, can 2AZ engines hold up well to boost with high mileage? This is with the consideration that a compression test would yield good results. I'm just afraid by the time I get the money for a turbo kit and the 5 years is up (or earlier if I can pull it off) that then engine will need a rebuild. A friend of mine is running a turbo B16 civic hatch and the engine has a ridiculous amount of miles (it's gotta be near 200k) and he's had no problems. I don't know if 2AZ engines are that bulletproof or not. I've never messed with one of these before. I need some insight as to where I'm gonna go with this car once it's paid off because right now I'm kind of lost.

comp test good+no noticeable engine issues+low boost=years of fun

much more to it than that but you get the gist

I'm in the same boat with the 6 yr loan but id get a turbo in a heart beat. Screw the warranty. And yes I got the extended warr too. Dumb idea but I figure if you don't use the extended warr they pay you back most of it

save your money, and do it right, and you will have very limited problems. get a goooooood tune on a lower boost pressure, get quality parts, and take your time on the install. be patient, the more impatient you are, the more problems you will have. the Tc is pretty easy to work with in my opinion. lot of great companies make exceptional parts for it.
