this is a fuel rail for the TC. It has a 1/2 bore and has a 6an braided line with a Toyota factory fuel line connector. May make more if the interest is high enough. This would work great for guys wanting to run nitrous or a return system since the other end of the fuel rail is already tapped.








It isnt completly done yet but will be by the end of the week. I am removing some more material to make it look better even though you cant see it.

you need to right click on the pictures and click "properties" in the pop up, then copy the address (url) and use that between the image tags.

 

i think you could easily sell these depending on price.

 

once i get it done and tested i will know if i am going to sell these. I hope to sell them for about $160 with the line and rail. It will utilize the factory bolts and plastic spacers. I am waiting on some bids to see how much it will cost to have 100 of them CNC'd. I already got one quote but it was a little higher than what i want.

The Perrin rail retails for $200 on the xB if you need a price point, they don't have one for the tC though. As long as you're doing aluminum work, ever thought about doing crank / alternator pulleys or higher boost ones for superchargers? I'd love a 10 or 12 pounder for the Greddy supercharger.

 

If i remember off the top of my head the factory hole is 5/16 and this hole is 1/2.

This would easily support 800 engine hp. Once this is done i am going to start working on a replacement aluminum fuel tank and complete return fuel system.

 

i am not concered about pullies just jet. But i am working on an aftermarket Nitrous/turbo steetmetal manifold. If i decide to produce this other than the one, it would have options like nitrous ports, extra injector ports, and options for throttle bodies.

I am also working on a direct port nitrous kit for the manifold. it will be just the lines and the solinoid mounts. everything else will be in what ever kit is purchased.
