everything you posted in the first post sounds perfectly fine to me...but I'd go with 5w20...no reason to change oil weight, as long as it's full synth.

but yeah, once you get yoru pressure sensor tuned properly, I'd ditch the black box.

is the blackbox bad? doesnt it work like the pressure sensor only it works at partial throttle?

^^ thanks phil, mike... cars running fine just seems super loud to me.. im going to compare it to satoman44's car tonight and see if its just my mind playing tricks on me..

but phil, even if i tune with the preessure sensor i still wont be able to tune partial throttle.. i do agree though.. its seems wierd that it all started right when i installed that.. i also did put in my two step colder plugs without adjusting my tune.. could that affect my idle real bad?? now that i think about it... it could.. right?? thanks guys!

plugs will effect idle...i'm not saying the black box is bad...I'm just saying there are plenty of cars on the greddy, and I'm sure there is a reason why dezod isn't selling them anymore...

you can adjust partial throttle with the emanage. My wifes car has has the Greddy kit (for now) w/ a 3" intake and a 2.5" adapter and 650 injectors, and her car runs perfect, and idles perfect. we had to take out a bit of fuel at idle for it to idle smooth, and we only tuned off the maf, not a pressure sensor. i really think tou need to visit the dyno again with out the black box, and make a few adjustments to the emanage. i dont see any reason to have the black box and the emanage hooked up at the same time.

The emanage has very little control at partial throttle. Piggy backs are only good for WOT and can only do so much at part throttle because of WOT throttle is closed loop so the emanage will have full control and part throttle the system is in open loop which the ECU has more control then the emanage.

didnt you say it the other way around? WOT is open loop as well as cold start and doesnt require feed back from O2 sensor to adjust fuel so emanage have control, closed loop will be idle and PT and emanage will have no control since whatever adjustment the map makes, the O2 sensor will put it back to where the ecu wants it to be like 14.7 afrs.

ok so i did the "screw driver test" to see if it was my lifters or valves and none seem any louder than the other so my conclusion is blown head gasket, exhaust leak at either the mani to the turbine or my exhaust gasket itself. will rip the car apart this weekend to trouble shoot.
