Hes hitting full boost at 4200 rpms.

20g hits at 3k. tc makes peak tq around 3000-3500 rpms natrually.. So you making the most power in its tq zone..

= tire spin..

 

Got pictures of those tires. I wanna see what they look like. Cause I am thinking about getting 245/40/18 mickeys. So I wanna see what they would look like. Even though I wont be getting them for a while. 4200 I hit full boost at 4k well that's what the real time catalog on my ultimate says. Does he have the same turbo as you from before the stage 5 wheel one?

 

Yeah I miss that low end bark. I miss my 20G so much fun. But spinning aint winning, so with what I'm doing now, I got to move up to a turbo that's going to suit me for great lap times.

 

Yea i hear ya there. My friends ptuning kit is laggy enough to make his auto x sucsessful!

If they went with the .63 it would be to much for spool.. Just right imo!

 

Does he have he standard SS kit?

after i get my car running right and cams fixed and some more m=tuned i decided to go out to the car meet saturday night. there has been a saturn ion ( yes a saturn) that has been shutting alot of cars down and hasint been beat yet so i get out there and he challenges me so i accept he beat my friends srt a while ago when he was around 350ish pretty bad so i figure it will be a good race. ended up spanking him pretty bad, i have to admit haveing my redline at 7,300 is deff a race winner for sure i started in 3rd and stoped top of 4th but look how far i went lol

and had the drag radials on also no spinning in 3rd.. put the street tires back on today lol 3rd felt like 2nd
