"Mastertech86" Dyno
you sir didnt answer my question but i will answer yours. i'm gonna try to dyno tomorrow morning. but i dont see me getting any good numbers. for 1 i have a huge exhaust leak and that **** even burned my turbo blanket lol and my o2 sensor has gone to crap stuck rich lol. but i wanna do a dyno to see where its at now even messed up oh well. because this coming week a custom turbo manifold is going on and a 3" downpipe. then i will probably lower the boost to like 17-18 psi so i wont max my injectors now since with that mani i will be needing more fuel and i think i am like at 90% or something like that on my injectors.. so playing it safe and going down a couple psi and re-tuning and back on the dyno till i get 1000cc atleast injectors. and maybe e85 i dunno yet still debating on that.
^^321WHP Travis.
I experienced the same problem with the stock fuel pump when I got close to 10psi, dropped in the Walboro and the car drove even better at high rpms (it used to fluctuate at high rpms). My duty cycle used to be at almost 80% at 8psi and high 90s at 10, even 100% once or twice on the log. At ten it did used to creep to like 11.5psi maybe even more, in my situation the solution was to connect all vacuum sources to the vacuum source. The way I had it was BOV connected to the throttle body and everything else to vacuum block. I even switched the wastegate and BOV source for a while, but didn't change anything. Now it's stays pretty much where it's set at +/-.5psi
BTW, I'm using a TurboXS MBC.

yea 321WHP =) stock motor stock fuel pump. i really hope to upgrade the fuel pump soon so we can see where im' at after that =) but as of now, asde from a little boost creeping, esp when the weather is cold, i have absolutely no problems what so ever, drive completely normal, even ppl i take for rides comment on how stock my car feels =)
i remember watching ur videos on youtube....everytime i would watch em, it pushed me more toward getting a turbo for my tC =) my injectors are 550cc =)
Thanks guys, mutual respect for the both of you doing your thing too. A win in my book when I had a small part in helping someone reach a certain goal.
I'll be back soon enough masterp....hehe. I've had some time to take care of a lot of other aspects, now I can get moving back toward the power aspect. A whole new era of chronicles will come of it I hope. Something to strike back at the haters out there.
