i dunno if this will help you but when i put my car on the dyno i put down 207 whp with just the 9.5 and zpi racing exhaust. then last week i went and dyno/tuned my car with 12psi pulley (only went to 10 psi cause my tensioner broke so my belts slipping), hks cold air intake, megan header and s pipe, and i dynoed at 251 whp and 220 torque. i have the aem meth kit installed but for some strange reason when they tryed tuning the car with the meth i was loosing like 15 whp. and the guy said once i hit 12 psi it probably be like 20 whp more from the 10 that i am boosting now cause of the belt slippage. so (jswaggs) i'm guessing you will have numbers like me if you go with a 10.5 psi pulley

^ no that is wrong. I have a/f number with the intake if you want em. At WOT past 5000 rpm it was 12.0 before that it was sitting at 13.2-13.4

After all this time i actually scheduled a date next month to go and get tuned. If it wasnt for that darn s/c bolt I would have already been tuned with 10.5lbs since last year. If i get 250whp im fine with that - it will be a good time driving the car at that hp. The only thing at my current hp is that I feel like the car is lagging. IF I was a few lbs higher through the power band it would feel better (keep in mind I used to be at 9.5lbs untuned .... aka ....trd tune).

so 9.5 pulley and header is a no no?

or are you talking about intake and 9.5?

what about intake and 7lb? and intake/header/7lb?

i'm not quite sure which one your a/f ratio is for.

9.5 and header is ok. even with s-pipe back exhaust. BUT!! 9.5 with intake is a no no cause the sc is forcing 2.5psi more air now you add an intake it is even more denser air goin in and youll lean out... cause the trd map cant compensate that much air... goin in the engine...

can someone confirm this? I have MMW s/c intake, TRD s/c, MMW header/s-pipe, and DraXas cat-back exhaust and I seem to running fine (haven't checked a/f ratio)

keep in mind if it's going to run lean, it'll do it only when you're at WOT. and even if it does, it will seem like everything is running smoothly until something finally goes wrong.

did your tuner remember to increase timing when tuning with the meth kit?

to tell you the truth i couldnt tell you? all he said was it might be the mixture? which the mixture i put was 50/50? so i dunno

and as far as running lean with a intake i have a hks cold air and my car runs good and idles good. i floor it and my a/f's is at low 11's and normal driving is like high 14's. so is that good or not? i dunno i was told it was.

Ok
I need help from those who know what they are talking about

My setup is TRD S/C w/ 9.5psi pulley, gates belt, Turbo X 25 BPV, and K&N drop in filter in the S/C breather.

Please tell me, do I need a piggyback ecu? Am I running lean on the TRD S/C reflash? I am getting a little over 9psi at redline.
