Haha.., I was thinking the reason there probably isn't that many boosted tc's in San Diego was because if you live in CA and your tc was boosted....you probably couldn't afford gas on top of the cost of living. Will say San Diego is a nice a$$ town though!

i ment a dollar a month/sq ft when renting a place. there are condo's that go for about 150K

 

Yeah 150k here would get you a two story home with 3-4 bedrooms + garage sitting on a 1-2 acre lot.
