Let's just say he is "the one hit wonder kinda guy" (not saying he is). Then that would mean he probably just needs more practice and in that case with more practice should bring him better numbers with no extra mods.

 

Pratice....when will there be enough practice to be sufficient enough to post up your best 3 runs? When your a Pro drag racer? I won't even have a Scion anymore by that time. At least we all can see where the improvement can be made. Hell, I need more practice myself, but still posted my 3 best under whatever circumstances I was racing in. I didn't mind posting up my best 3, even though I knew the "insert word" would use it later as ammo to take jabs.

He's only been to the track about three times on a built motor and once with the new kit (that I know of). I don't think he's racing on the streets. So how much practice do you need? I sure know going to the track once on a setup isn't gonna get me used to it. If he don't want to revel what the other times were then what's the big deal, you hadn't been open on everything about your car.

Dealing with what I have to deal with, you can understand why I don't reveal anything but what I kill on and off the track. This isn't my thread either. So, again, I take it your not posting the best 3 runs.

Did you over look where I said I was working on something with the tC. Obviously I can't race it if I'm doing something with it...duh. You were the big trash talker, now you just stuck your foot in your trap for running a slower time. Also it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out, if I'm spending my money on the 350, I'm going to sit the tC aside while I do that. I work on one at a time. Z is fully functional with the new clutch, so now it's back to the tC.

IE....anyone else new to drag racing take this as an example. Just because you go throw money at the car and slap on a new bigger turbo does not automatically equate to your car being faster. Don't keep throwing money at your car to make it faster if you still suck at driving it.


PS...Little b!tch.... That was original... You ran 12.6xx, went and spent all that money on a new kit, gained a whopping 27 whp More...and expected to run 11's... Now you supposedly need all the supporting mods to make the kit worth while. Although I agree that the kit has more potential on a built motor, you still was running the same supporting mods on the old setup and ran faster. How about you fess up and show us those handful of 13sec runs you ran on SLICKS! Easy to be cocky, but you look like a newb with the excuses you came up with. So get this, if you go to the track again, and put the increase the PSI in your slicks and run a better time.....Wouldn't that only show how lame of an excuse you came up with about the stock diff not letting you launch or hold the power? How did you even come up with that one anyway?
