Pulled over...oil everywhere...We haven't pulled the engine yet, but I'm assuming there is a hole in the block somewhere...

So...I got a turbo kit for sale and...oh yeah..anyone know of a good place to buy a used motor?
i have a bare and a completed block if that helps out.

Joe, looking at it more closely, it looks like something RUBBED through the oil pan more than BUSTED through, the hole is small, i can't even fit 3 fingers in it...when i pulled over the car had already starting dieing out because of the low oil pressure and oil and it was making like a clicking type of noise.

Not with the FIC. ZERO does NOT denote a stock value.
How would you run the fi/c with out altering the stock cruise values ? do you have to enter in a target a/f ?

Blown motors are NOT fun =/

No. It must adjusted according based upon the injectors used.

It does not use target AFRs. You should download a copy of the software at www.aempower.com and play around a bit.

Not the FIC, you CAN do something like that with the AEM EMS.

wtf is going on?... finally I have everything back from getting coated and now everyone's blowing motors... I don't want to say it's Dezod's kits, but I wonder if they've changed anything w/ the new batches of kits?

We haven't changed the kit in any major way. The pipes were freshened up on some kit, but the design was the same. I think too many people are missing details when installing it, or poor tuning with aggressive driving (especially in high heat conditions) could lead to damage.

Any motor is gonna blow if not tuned right, and to suggest it is a certain kit is crazy, I remember a couple of people who blew motors running greddy kits and turbonetics kits.

Yep. Absolutely. No changes to the system. Same as it always has been. Just some poor tuning going on around here. I have seen maps from some tuners, who I shall remain nameless, that looked like utter crap!

That's what I had figured... I mean in essense a kit is fairly simple setup... You have cars out there running w/ just a base map and don't hear any issues with those... Seems as though a lot of these issues are comign right after a tune...
