Default Motor Build Start up Problem

my motor just finished being built and not the car wont stay on. it cranks and then it dies. its sounds like its flooded and smells like fuel. they checked the fuel pulsation and its very high. they checked the plugs there good just with alot of fuel. they coils are good. the replaced the ecu and still nothing. they checked the crank sensor and the maf sensor still good. the injectors ares squirting and no fuel line are pinched. the wiring looks good. What else could t be? any suggestions would be great! thanks!
by the way the build consist of
wiseco pistons 89.0 bore
k1 rods from dezod
clevite bearing from dezod
arp head and main studs from ptuning
cometic gasket from dezod
and removed blance shaft.
and i have a blow thru custom turbo kit.

Too many problems it could be, sensor not set correctly, blown fuse, theft system tripped, wiring and etc. What engine management are you using?

no it dies if you press the throttle. all the sensors been checked and the fuses. i am using greddy ultimate. tryed unplugging the ultimate and starting it with just the ecu but still nothing. and checked the wiring and everything seems good. the tune is the same tune as i had before the build.

what injectors?
A compression drop will require a new tune

You had the blow through setup before the build?

the tune is basically the same thing just with a lower comp piston, same injectors same everything.. the tune should still be cranking the car over

ok so the maf is in the correct way. they did a diagnostic and found that at WOT the throttle is at 20 something percent open. is it suppose to be open that much at idle?

at idle it should be at 0-2% i believe........try setting your throttle position again without starting the car

1200 miles with a real safe tune. flultuating the throttle and not letting it stay at a certain speed.

pete tryed it and still nothing.

i think im gonna do a hard break in......pete tried setting the throttle right?.....with the key on and you watching the throttle position....hold it to the floor and it should go to around 96%-100%
