Problem sounds very similar to something that happened to me. Turned out that my MAF sensor went bad. Once it was replaced my car started just fine.

If you use an OBD-II scan tool, it will tell you that the TB is at about 15-20 percent, this is normal and not to be confused with the TPS input signal on the Ultimate, which unless you've dialed in acceleration enrichment is mostly and unused input signal.

Assuming your engine sensors are not at fault (i.e. maf sensor), you may want to try a fresh set of stock heat range spark plugs. The tC will be very, very diffcult, if not near impossible to start or keep running if the plugs are soaked with fuel. Trying to start a newly built engine makes things even worse.

Another thing you can try too, since you have the EMU.....start the car with the gas pedal to the floor, it will fire the plugs without introducing fuel into the engine (designed as a way to clean the plugs if they get fouled out). After a few cranks, let off the gas pedal and start the car normally and see how it goes. Just make sure your EMU's tps sensor is calibrated to recognize 100% tps, otherwise the feature will not work.

Good luck and let us know how things turn out.

i thought the TC cannot go past the 80's in full throttle? or do you mean 100% throttle meaning the pedal to the floor?
