You think that's bad? The CR-V won't even make it to half-a-tank before it needs fuel! ...at least the CR-V isn't turbo'd,

yet!

Yea but you aren't worried about trying to shave tenths of seconds off your lap time in the CR-V.

You are right. I'm thinking more along the lines of seconds!!! lol

She's been out to the track a couple times and quite a few autoXes. Never thought I'd have this much fun in a CR-V. lol

Sorry for the lack of updates, I have had family problems. My mom isn't doing the greatest and neither is my grandma. I spoke with the shop because I could be leaving Iraq a few months early and need my car. They are assembling the block now and using the factory engine to get a better base map on the Haltech and once the engine is built everything should be ready to go in.

Sorry for not posting in a while, I had to go home on emergency leave. My grandma was in the hospital. Now my Grandmother and Mom are both doing great!

I have talked to the shop, and I have been trying to get a new Fidanza flywheel without any luck. I ordered one on Ebay and the seller showed in stock however it wasn't and everyone I have spoken with are out of stock. Most say 1-4 week lead time. The motor is being assembled, the tuner has been tuning on the stock engine trying to get everything right before we put in the new engine and retune.

I am hoping the shop has the flywheel towards the end of the week if not then they should definitely have it next week. My friend is going to help me by getting me a deal on a Wilwood BBK for the front, 4-piston calipers. I have ordered replacement slotted Brembo OE sized rotors for the rear and a Wilwood 4-piston caliper rear upgrade. IF my car is done for sure when I am there in Oct then this will be installed.

Yes, the map started the engine but didnt allow the factory engine to run at all. The shop worked on the tune for a long time to sort it out. Now the issue is the Haltech wideband isn't reading in the ecu.

Neither, from what I was told by the shop a lot of the maps i.e. Cold enrichment, decel, accel, and a few others were bare and not tuned. I was told it was a stock tC map and it didn't work.

BTW Knight, i'm getting the AEM tuned tomorrow locally then we'll see how it goes. I'll hopefully be running it down the drag strip tomorrow for an Import shootout. I'll let you know how the car runs after it's tuned. Gonna stick to gas for now, i haven't finished my fuel setup yet to run E85.
