Default Mystery Turbo

I was on here some time ago and there was a newer turbo that was supposed to work with auto tC's and it had a black turbo housing with red letters on it. Could anyone post a link to the thread that had that turbo in it. I searched and couldn't find anything.

One of the first tC's to be boosted in this forum was an Auto (ScionDad). It was boosted with a ZPI kit. PeteyD was Auto, with a ZPI kit. Their kits are top of the food chain in performance. All of the turbo companies that have an Auto adaptation are

ZPI
Turbonetics
Dezod

And I believe that's it for now. The others are a little late in the game, and have some catching up to do. I'm in Louisville all the time. Our car is not Auto, but it too is boosted by ZPI. If you want to see what current projects they are working on, swing over to the blog site.. http://www.zpiracing.net/wordpress/

The turbo you are describing though, sounds like that from Turbonetics.

You are probably thinking of the new GT-K turbos that were released by Turbonetics. The kit does work for the auto and to my knowledge Turbonetics is offering the option to upgrade to the GT-K turbo for a small price increase over the regular kit. Here's a pic of the GT-K.
