Default need help have a few ?'s before i finish my turbo setup.....

ok so i need help with this stuff got the cash to buy the rest of the stuff but need sum help pleasee........

What i have now....

garret t3/4 turbo ar 50 with stage 3 turbine ....

rev hard manifold ordered...

rc 550 cc injectors....

all oil lines and that good stuff.....gauges n so on ......


Need to buy now.....

looking at the turbosmart dual bov and wastegate...anygood ????

intercooler same side inlet and outlet heard you get better flow ????

also talked to treadstone they said i would not need to run emange or anything if running 9si or under ......im trying to copy there kit....i was looking at the greddy bov and the same wastegate they have didnt think that would matter tho....

And last any 1 that has built a custom kit post sum pics to help me with install a lil bit..thanks for the help....think this is all....

First and only thing I would say is dont leave out tuning. Its the most important part of turboing a car. I know some people get away with it but its not worth the chance imo.

yeah, if you plan on running hard or racing...u NEED engine management of sorts and a good tune...otherwise u will be driving a grenade

also why does treadstone say dont use emanage or any piggyback when using there setup ????

Well the say dont use a Greddy. But I'd use somthing. Anything is better then nothing. I'd look into the new AEM piggyback thats out. Seems to be the new hot thing. Of course Standalones are alwasy the best way to go but they are very pricy.
